You will learn about health, safety 和 nutrition of children, growth 和 development, appropriate child observation 和 assessment 和 effective interactions with children. 也, you will become familiar with program management, teacher qualifications 和 professional development. All courses are approved by the Virginia Child Care Provider Scholarship Program 和 applicable to the Child Development Associate (CDA) credential of the National Association for the Education of Young Children. While completing this degree, you will also complete Career Studies Certificates in Early Childhood Education 和 Advanced Early Childhood Education.
